利用規約
この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Kasanimaro（以下「運営者」）が提供するアプリ「カミクダ（Plainify）」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。
重要（AIの性質について）
本アプリはAIを用いてテキストを処理します。生成される結果は必ずしも正確ではなく、誤りが含まれる可能性があります。利用者は自己の責任において本アプリを利用するものとします。
1. AI生成結果に関する免責
本アプリが提供する翻訳、要約、言い換え等の結果（以下「生成結果」）について、運営者はその正確性、完全性、合法性、特定の目的への適合性を一切保証しません。
- 生成結果に誤りがあったことにより、利用者または第三者に損害（契約の不成立、誤解、金銭的損失等）が生じた場合でも、運営者は一切の責任を負いません。
- 医療、法律、金融取引など、専門的な判断が必要な場面や、人の生命・身体・財産に関わる重要な意思決定には、本アプリの結果のみを根拠として使用しないでください。
2. 禁止事項
利用者は、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
- 法令または公序良俗に違反するテキストを入力する行為。
- サーバーやネットワークに過度な負荷をかける行為（自動化ツールを用いた大量のリクエスト送信など）。
- 本アプリのプログラムを解析、改変、リバースエンジニアリングする行為。
- 運営者または第三者の知的財産権を侵害する行為。
運営者は、禁止行為を行った利用者に対し、事前の通知なく本アプリの利用を停止または制限することができます。
3. サービスの変更・停止
運営者は、以下のいずれかの事由があると判断した場合、利用者に事前に通知することなく本アプリの全部または一部の提供を停止または中断することができるものとします。
- AIモデル（API）の仕様変更、メンテナンス、障害発生時。
- 運営上の理由によりサービスの継続が困難となった場合。
本アプリの変更、停止、または終了により利用者に生じた損害について、運営者は一切の責任を負いません。
4. 知的財産権
本アプリに関する著作権その他一切の知的財産権は、運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。利用者は、本アプリを個人的な利用範囲を超えて複製、頒布、転載することはできません。
5. 準拠法・裁判管轄
本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合には、運営者の所在地を管轄する地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") set forth the conditions for using the application "Plainify" (also known as "Kamikuda", hereinafter referred to as "the App") provided by Kasanimaro (hereinafter referred to as "the Developer").
IMPORTANT: Nature of AI
This App uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to process text. The results generated may not always be accurate and may contain errors. Users agree to use the App at their own risk.
1. Disclaimer regarding AI Results
The Developer makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, legality, or fitness for a particular purpose of the translations, summaries, or paraphrases (hereinafter referred to as "Results") provided by the App.
- The Developer shall not be liable for any damages (including contract failure, misunderstanding, financial loss, etc.) incurred by the User or a third party due to errors in the Results.
- Do not rely solely on the Results of this App for important decision-making involving medical, legal, financial transactions, or matters affecting human life, body, or property.
2. Prohibited Acts
In using the App, Users must not perform the following acts:
- Inputting text that violates laws or public order and morals.
- Acts that place an excessive load on the server or network (such as sending a large number of requests using automated tools).
- Reverse engineering, modifying, or analyzing the App's software.
- Acts that infringe on the intellectual property rights of the Developer or third parties.
The Developer may suspend or restrict the use of the App without prior notice to Users who engage in prohibited acts.
3. Modification and Termination of Service
The Developer may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the App without prior notice to Users if it determines that any of the following grounds exist:
- Specification changes, maintenance, or failure of the AI model (API).
- When it becomes difficult to continue the service due to operational reasons.
The Developer shall not be liable for any damages suffered by Users due to the modification, suspension, or termination of the App.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Copyrights and all other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Developer or legitimate right holders. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or reprint the App beyond the scope of personal use.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Japanese law. In the event of a dispute regarding the App, the district court having jurisdiction over the location of the Developer shall be the exclusive agreed court of first instance.
