プライバシーポリシー
このプライバシーポリシーは、カサニマロ（以下「当方」）が無料サービスとして作成したモバイルデバイス向けアプリ「カミクダ」（以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。本サービスは、「現状有姿」でご利用いただくことを前提としています。
情報の収集と利用
本アプリは、お客様がダウンロードして使用する際に情報を収集します。この情報には、以下のような情報が含まれる場合があります。
- お使いのデバイスのIPアドレス
- 本アプリで閲覧したページ、訪問日時、滞在時間
- 本アプリの利用時間
- お使いのモバイルデバイスのオペレーティングシステム
本アプリは、お使いのモバイルデバイスの正確な位置情報を収集することはありません。
当方は、お客様に重要な情報、必要な通知、およびマーケティングプロモーションを提供するために、お客様から提供された情報を利用して、随時お客様に連絡することがあります。
より良い体験を提供するため、本アプリの使用中に、当方はお客様に特定の個人を識別できる情報の提供をお願いすることがあります。当方が要求した情報は、当方によって保持され、このプライバシーポリシーに記載されている通りに使用されます。
AI機能の利用について
本アプリは、Google Gemini APIを利用して情報を提供します。ユーザーが入力したテキストデータは、回答を生成する目的でGoogle社に送信されます。ただし、個人を特定できる情報を意図的に送信することはありません。
第三者によるアクセス
本アプリおよびサービスの改善を目的として、集計され匿名化されたデータのみが、定期的に外部サービスに送信されます。当方は、このプライバシーポリシーに記載されている方法で、お客様の情報を第三者と共有することがあります。
本アプリは、データの取り扱いに関して独自のプライバシーポリシーを持つ第三者のサービスを利用していることにご留意ください。以下は、本アプリが利用する第三者サービスプロバイダーのプライバシーポリシーへのリンクです。
当方は、お客様から提供された情報および自動的に収集された情報を、以下の場合に開示することがあります。
- 召喚状または類似の法的手続きに従うなど、法律によって要求された場合。
- 当方の権利、お客様または他者の安全を守るため、詐欺を調査するため、または政府の要請に応じるために、開示が必要であると誠実に信じる場合。
- 当方に代わって業務を行う信頼できるサービスプロバイダーと共有する場合。これらのプロバイダーは、当方が開示した情報を独自に使用することはなく、このプライバシーポリシーに定められた規則を遵守することに同意しています。
オプトアウトの権利
お客様は、本アプリをアンインストールすることで、本アプリによるすべての情報収集を簡単に停止することができます。お使いのモバイルデバイス、またはモバイルアプリケーションマーケットプレイスやネットワークで利用可能な標準的なアンインストールプロセスをご利用ください。
データ保持ポリシー
当方は、お客様が本アプリを使用している期間、およびその後合理的な期間、お客様から提供されたデータを保持します。お客様が本アプリを通じて提供したデータの削除を希望される場合は、kamikuda_support@kasanimaro.com までご連絡ください。合理的な時間内に対応いたします。
お子様について
当方は、13歳未満のお子様から意図的にデータを求めたり、マーケティングを行ったりするために本アプリを使用することはありません。
本アプリは、13歳未満の方を対象としていません。当方は、13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人を識別できる情報を収集することはありません。万が一、13歳未満のお子様が個人情報を提供したことが判明した場合は、直ちに当方のサーバーから削除します。保護者の方で、お子様が個人情報を提供したことに気づかれた場合は、当方（kamikuda_support@kasanimaro.com）までご連絡ください。必要な措置を講じます。
セキュリティ
当方は、お客様の情報の機密性を保護することに関心を持っています。当方は、処理および保持する情報を保護するために、物理的、電子的、および手続き上の保護措置を提供します。
広告配信について
本アプリでは、広告配信を目的として第三者配信の広告サービス（Google AdMob）を利用しています。
このような第三者配信事業者は、ユーザーの興味に応じた商品やサービスの広告を表示するため、当サイトや他サイトへのアクセスに関する情報、Cookie、およびデバイス固有の情報（Google 広告 ID や iOS の IDFA など）を使用することがあります。

また、お客様はデバイスの設定を変更することで、パーソナライズド広告のための広告IDの使用を無効にすることができます（iOSの「トラッキングの許可」やAndroidの「広告IDの削除・リセット」など）。
変更
このプライバシーポリシーは、いかなる理由においても、随時更新されることがあります。プライバシーポリシーの変更があった場合は、このページを更新することでお客様に通知します。継続的なご利用は、すべての変更を承認したものとみなされますので、定期的にこのプライバシーポリシーをご確認いただくことをお勧めします。
このプライバシーポリシーは、2025年12月6日より有効です。
お客様の同意
本アプリを使用することにより、お客様は、このプライバシーポリシーに定められた、現在および当方によって修正された情報処理に同意したものとします。

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application "Plainify" (also known as "Kamikuda", hereinafter referred to as "the App"), created by Kasanimaro (hereinafter referred to as "the Developer") as a free service. This service is provided on an "AS IS" basis.
Information Collection and Use
The App collects information when you download and use it. This information may include, but is not limited to:
- Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address
- The pages within the App that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages
- The total time spent using the App
- The operating system of your mobile device
The App does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
The Developer may use the information provided by you to contact you from time to time to provide important information, required notices, and marketing promotions.
For a better experience, while using the App, the Developer may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information. The information requested will be retained by the Developer and used as described in this privacy policy.
Use of AI Features
The App utilizes the Google Gemini API to provide information. Text data entered by the user is transmitted to Google LLC for the purpose of generating responses. However, the App does not intentionally transmit personally identifiable information (PII) to the API.
Third-Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help the Developer improve the App and the service. The Developer may share your information with third parties in the ways described in this privacy statement.

The Developer may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
- As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process.
- When they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
- With trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the App easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Data Retention Policy
The Developer will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the App and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like the Developer to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the App, please contact them at kamikuda_support@kasanimaro.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.
Children
The Developer does not use the App to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The App does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Developer does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Developer discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, they will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Developer (kamikuda_support@kasanimaro.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
Security
The Developer is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Developer provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information they process and maintain.
Advertising
The App uses third-party advertising services (Google AdMob) for the purpose of ad delivery.
These third-party ad providers may use information regarding your visits to this and other websites, cookies, and device-specific information (such as Google Advertising ID or iOS IDFA) to display advertisements for goods and services of interest to you.

Users can disable the use of advertising identifiers for personalized ads by changing their device settings (e.g., "Allow Tracking" on iOS or "Delete/Reset Advertising ID" on Android).
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Developer will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
This privacy policy is effective as of December 6, 2025.
Your Consent
By using the App, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by the Developer.
